The transportation sector is the largest and fastest-growing source of carbon emissions in the nation. In Colorado, the transportation sector—which includes cars, buses, trucks, planes, trains, ships, and freight—produces nearly 30 percent of all emissions—second to only the electric sector. But this doesn’t have to be the case. 

Our Clean Transportation for All campaign is working to ensure that all benefit from a 21st-century clean transportation system that slashes transportation emissions through bold solutions, including car, bus, and truck electrification; retention of strong federal and state clean car standards; and local policies that scale up transit and reduce vehicle miles traveled.
